NY State of Emergency Expiration - Out of State Providers

Governor Andrew Cuomo announced that the State Disaster Emergency originally declared on March 7, 2020 in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, and which has been periodically extended since that date, has expired on June 24th, 2021 and will not be renewed. Due to this expiration, out of state licensed professionals may no longer practice in New York State without a New York State license effective June 25, 2021.
