Patient Satisfaction Surveys

Fidelis Care uses surveys to measure the quality of care given to our members, as well as their satisfaction, as required by law.  Please take a moment to review the survey information here Patient Satisfaction Surveys.  It includes some of the key points and recommendations to focus on to increase member satisfaction and improve health outcomes. We encourage you to use the focus areas to enhance communication with your patients about available benefits and to set expectations around appointment availability.  By partnering together, we can change our members’ lives.

Verify member eligibility or renewal status, check claims, send e-scripts, and more.

Social Care Network

Starting January 1, 2025, members in our Medicaid Managed Care, HealthierLife (HARP), Fidelis Care at Home, and Wellcare Fidelis Dual Plus plans will have access to a network of service providers to identify and address needs such as housing, food, transportation, and more.

Required Cultural Competency Training

Access the Provider Attestation Statement and submit completion of training.
