24/7 Online Maternal Support

In partnership with Pomelo Care

Fidelis Care has partnered with Pomelo Care to provide free 24/7 online pregnancy and infant care to eligible Medicaid Managed Care, HealthierLife (HARP), Essential Plan, and Ambetter from Fidelis Care Qualified Health Plan members.

Pomelo Care is currently available in the following counties: Bronx, Chautauqua, Erie, Greene, Lewis, Niagara, Putnam, Seneca, Steuben, Suffolk, Warren, and Westchester.

24/7 Support

Pomelo Care provides unlimited access to a dedicated care team to members during and after pregnancy until their baby is 3 months old. Get everything from pregnancy and postpartum care to pediatric care.

Support is available 24/7 through your phone. Pomelo Care’s doctors, nurses, and other specialists take the time to listen to you and support your goals. You can text, call, or video chat any time day or night.

Pomelo Care is an added layer of support. Pomelo Care’s services do not replace your in-person provider. Your Pomelo Care team will work with your OB or midwife. If you don't have an in-person OB or midwife, Pomelo Care can help.

Pomelo Care's services are covered at no additional cost.
Pomelo Care's care team can help with:

  • Prenatal and Postpartum Care (routine and urgent)
  • One-on-one nutrition counseling
  • Help with breastfeeding and bottle feeding
  • Doula and labor support
  • Treatment for postpartum depression or anxiety
  • Other women's health concerns
  • Pediatric care until baby is 3 months old
  • And more!
