In-Home Medical Care

Fidelis Care has partnered with  Landmark to provide in-home medical care to Medicare Advantage and Dual Advantage patients with multiple chronic conditions — at no additional cost.

House Calls

Landmark’s care team, which includes doctors, nurses, behavioral health specialists, social workers, dietitians, and pharmacists, is available to you in the comfort of your home.

Landmark does not replace your primary care provider.  Landmark works with your primary care provider to give you care in your home.

By treating you in your home, Landmark can help you avoid exposure to illnesses such as COVID-19 or the flu.

Managing Chronic Conditions

Landmark providers help manage chronic conditions through:

  • Routine house calls, urgent house calls, and 24/7 phone support
  • Prescribing and reviewing medications
  • In-home labs and interventions such as blood draws, breathing treatments, and IVs
  • Patient education and support from social workers
  • Diet and nutrition advice

In January, 2021 we made documents available to you electronically on the secure Member Portal. Now you can read important information from your health plan right away using your Member Portal account.

Free 24/7 Nurse Advice Line


Health concerns don't always follow a 9-to-5 schedule.  Thankfully, neither does the 24-hour Nurseline, free of charge for members.  Medical professionals can answer your health questions and help set up doctor appointments. The Nurse Advice Line provides medical triage and clinical advice services by a registered nurse 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, so you can receive guidance about your medical concern in a safe, effective, and appropriate way.

Silver&Fit

Silver&Fit gives you access to fitness center membership(s) through a broad network of fitness center/YMCA locations. If you don’t want to join a fitness center, the Silver&Fit program offers a Home Fitness program. 

You may visit to register, explore the fitness center network, and take advantage of online features, including a resource library, mobile app, and more.

Telehealth Services

There are 2 ways for you to use your telehealth benefit from the safety, comfort and convenience of your home:

1. Schedule a telehealth visit with your network primary care provider or specialist.

  • ​Many Wellcare By Fidelis Care providers can make an appointment for a visit by phone or video.
  • Access telehealth services through one of our partners, at no additional cost:

2. Medicare Advantage and Dual Advantage members can access telehealth services through Teladoc.

  • Before your first virtual care visit, download the Teladoc app or create an account online through our custom Teladoc Member Channel.
  • Fidelis Care Qualified Health Plan members can receive telehealth services through our partner, Babylon. To learn more, visit babylonhealth.com/us/fidelis
  • Telehealth visits are helpful for health concerns like sore throats, earaches, the flu, allergies, sinus infections, rashes, and more.
  • Support for anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress, and family issues can also be available.

Newly Redesigned Member Portal Will Launch Next Week

Fidelis Care will launch our newly redesigned Member Portal next week at members.fideliscare.org. The Member Portal will look and feel similar to our main website at fideliscare.org, making it easier for members to find the information and resources they need.

The benefits of the redesign include:

  • Clear organization, with the most-used pages featured on the homepage
  • Important member announcements shown on the homepage
  • Helpful Hints on every page, highlighting useful resources
  • Easier navigation on your phone

New fideliscare.org Website Launches Today

In response to the 2017 and 2018 new member survey, Fidelis Care has launched a new website available at fideliscare.org. The website will feature simplified navigation and a fresh, streamlined design, with the goal of helping you find the information or resources you’re looking for in three clicks or less.

A dedicated team of Fidelis Care employees has been preparing for the redesign for the past year.

As part of the process, the team created website prototypes based on Fidelis Care’s business goals, and shared them with a select group of employees, as well as more than 1,200 members and 900 providers to study user preferences.

The benefits of the redesign include:

  • Design that responds to your device screen (smartphone, tablet, PC, etc.)
  • A plan finder feature to help you find the right plan based on your needs
  • Full translation of all pages into Spanish, Chinese, and Russian

Fidelis Care Launches 
New Payment System in Response to Member Feedback

Earlier this year, Fidelis Care completed a survey to gather insights about the experiences of new members.

The survey found that while overall satisfaction was high, new members were not using Fidelis Care’s electronic payment option. About half of those who were using the option reported problems making monthly premium payments.

In response, Fidelis Care is set to launch a new and improved online payment system this October.

The new payment system will make it easier for members to make payments, check balances, and keep track of transactions. Members can even sign up for mobile text alerts to stay on top of account activity.

Because of our commitment to quality, we want to communicate with you about the feedback we receive, and the steps we are taking to respond.
