To get started, members can call their network provider to ask if they offer telehealth services, and schedule a telehealth visit from the convenience and safety of their home. A directory of network providers is available at fideliscare.org/findadoctor.
In addition to telehealth visits with providers, Fidelis Care Qualified Health Plan members can receive telehealth services through our partner, Babylon. To learn more, visit babylonhealth.com/us/fidelis. Medicare Advantage and Dual Advantage members can also access telehealth services through Teladoc. Visit member.teladoc.com/fideliscare for more information. Both services are provided at no cost to members.
Telehealth visits are helpful for health concerns like sore throats, earaches, the flu, allergies, sinus infections, rashes, and more. Support for anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress, and family issues can also be available.
Who we are, and why we do what we do.
