Did you know that NY State of Health’s Essential Plan includes dental coverage? The Essential Plan is a low-cost plan with $0 monthly premium and $0 deductible. If you meet eligibility requirements, you can enroll in the Essential Plan all year long through NY State of Health, The Official Health Plan Marketplace.
The Essential Plan is for New Yorkers who don’t qualify for Medicaid or Child Health Plus, but still need access to quality healthcare.
- Members have dental coverage at no cost for covered services from a network provider; and
- Have no monthly premium or cost sharing for covered services.
Do you need help finding a dentist? Search Fidelis Care’s network of dental providers at fideliscare.org/find-a-doctor. Current Essential Plan members may use their ID card for dental benefits.
