My Wellcare Rewards with Wellcare By Fidelis Care

It pays to take care of yourself. We’re excited to offer our Wellcare By Fidelis Care members the My Wellcare Rewards Program — a program that pays you for your healthy choices.

The way it works is simple: Complete an eligible activity and get rewarded with a gift card.

To get started and view the full list of eligible activities you can be rewarded for completing,* follow the below instructions:

How does it work?

First, you need to sign up for My Wellcare Rewards. All you have to do is:
  • Click on the Register Now box to sign up.
  • You will need your member ID card, date of birth, and email address to make your account.
  • You can also call My Wellcare Rewards customer service at 1-866-550-1590 (TTY: 711) Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.


    • Redeem points for gift cards from your favorite local stores or merchandise from popular brands.

    Supporting your healthy choices

    My Wellcare Rewards also offers helpful tools for managing your health in your daily life. You can access these resources through your computer, tablet, or phone.

  • To-Do List: List of personalized activities for you to complete to improve your health while earning points toward rewards.
  • Rewards Redemption: Pick gift cards and have them sent directly to you via email or physical mail.
  • Health Education: Extensive library of articles, videos, decision tools, and more to guide you on your journey to better health.
  • Tracking Progress: Connect your Apple Watch, FitBit®, Garmin®, and other supported wearable devices to track your health and activity levels.
  • Your Health Information: View your prescription record, select your preferred language, set your communication preferences, and more.

    You must register to join.

    Total rewards and health actions are based on eligibility for certain health actions, which will vary by person. Members may not qualify for all health actions. One reward per health action per year. Dates of service must be in the current plan year.

    Rewards will be given when you self-report that the health action has been completed. Health actions that earn rewards are subject to change.

    We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.

    Depending on eligibility, members can earn up to $75 per year.

    Healthmine, Inc., is a private company that contracts with Wellcare By Fidelis Care to provide member rewards programs.

     

    Additional Information

    Wellcare is the Medicare brand for Centene Corporation, an HMO, PPO, PFFS, PDP plan with a Medicare contract and is an approved Part D Sponsor. Our D-SNP plans have a contract with the state Medicaid program. Enrollment in our plans depends on contract renewal.

    From October 1 to March 31, you can call us 7 days a week from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. From April 1 to September 30, you can call us Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. A messaging system is used after hours, weekends and on federal holidays.
