To help you get the most out of your coverage, Fidelis Care offers the following tips.

Find a Doctor

Our Find a Doctor tool lets you easily search our top quality providers across New York State. You can search by location, specialty, and more. Visit fideliscare.org/findadoctor to find a primary care provider (PCP), specialists, urgent cares, hospitals, and pharmacies in our network.

Choose a PCP

A primary care provider (PCP) is a doctor or other licensed clinician who helps you stay healthy. It’s important to build a strong and lasting relationship with your PCP. That way, your PCP can learn more about you and how you want to be treated. Your PCP can see any changes in your health and help support your health and wellness. Choose your PCP at fideliscare.org/PCP.

Schedule Your Annual Checkup

You should regularly visit your PCP, who will help you stay healthy and find health problems early. Call your PCP to set up your annual checkup. At annual checkups, PCPs will answer questions about tests, vaccines, and medications. Take the time to discuss test results, review your current medications, and ask any questions you may have about your health. Remember: There is no copay for your annual checkup.

Check and Get Medications

You can review our prescription drug formularies and learn more about your prescription benefit at fideliscare.org/member-pharmacy. Fill your medications by mail or at a local, participating pharmacy. Register for the Member Portal

Use the Member Portal at members.fideliscare.org for 24/7 easy, self-service tools right at your fingertips. You will need to enter your Fidelis Care ID number and email address, and create a secure password to:

  • Print temporary ID cards
  • Update contact information
  • View claims and deductibles
  • Make your monthly premium payment
  • Choose or change your primary care provider (PCP)
  • Set up AutoPay payments
  • And more!

Immunizations Coverage

Fidelis Care encourages you to get flu and COVID-19 vaccines every year. The vaccines are free as part of your coverage. Vaccines help protect against severe illnesses and reduce their spread across communities. Remember, even if you don't think you need a vaccine, being vaccinated reduces the risk of spreading the disease to elderly family members or young children who may be the most affected. 

Childhood immunizations protect against serious diseases such as measles, mumps, rubella, polio, Hepatitis A and B, and more. Vaccines also play an important part in our ongoing health into adulthood and our golden years. Learn more about other  important immunizations and talk to your PCP about the vaccines that are right for you.
