Child Health Plus (CHPlus) is a New York State-sponsored program that provides quality health insurance for kids under age 19.

How Much Does It Cost?

You may have a monthly premium based on income and household size.
There are no copays or deductibles.

When can I enroll?

You can enroll in Child Health Plus year-round.

How to Enroll
