Update to the 2023 Quality Care Incentives (QCI) Brochure: Member Age Range for Diabetes Eye Exam and HbA1c Poor Control

The Fidelis Care 2023 Quality Care Incentives (QCI) Brochure has been updated to reflect a change to the member age range for two Diabetes Care measures.  In the grid on page 10 for Medicare provider incentives, the member age range for Diabetes Eye Exam is 18-75 (not 18-85).  The member age range of 18-75 also applies to HbA1c Poor Control.  The 2023 QCI brochure reflecting these changes is now available on Provider Access Online.
