Important Claim Information for Fidelis Care New Jersey Providers

Fidelis Care would like to notify our providers that service Fidelis Care New Jersey members (previously WellCare of New Jersey) with updated information on claim submission and other important contact information. 

 

Claim Submissions:

Fidelis Care New Jersey wants to ensure that claims are handled as efficiently as possible. Providers can help facilitate timely claim payment by having an understanding of our processes and requirements. Additional information can also be found here.

 

Please Note: 

  • Fidelis Care New Jersey encourages providers to submit claims electronically via electronic data interchange (EDI) or direct date entry (DDE). 
  • Fidelis Care's preferred EDI gateway is Availity.  Providers can also use their own vendor/clearinghouse to submit electronically.
  • Providers should submit Fee For Service claims to: Wellcare Payer ID 14163.

 

Providers can also submit claims and check the status of a claim through our secure portal: https://provider.fideliscarenj.com.

 

To avoid delays in service, claim submissions for Fidelis Care New Jersey members should not be sent to the Fidelis Care NY plan.
