Essential Plan and QHP Members

One of the best ways to take care of your health is to take your medications as prescribed. In support of this goal, Fidelis Care offers the Mail Order Pharmacy Program to members enrolled in the Essential Plan and Ambetter from Fidelis Care Qualified Health Plans. 

The Mail Order Pharmacy Program delivers 90-day supplies of your medications to your home at no extra cost to you, without the need for reminder phone calls or trips to the pharmacy. Starting January 1, 2024, the mail order pharmacy program will be managed by Fidelis Care's pharmacy partner, Express Scripts. The easiest and best way to access your pharmacy benefits is by logging into your Member Portal account.

Mail Order Pharmacy Program Benefits

• Cost savings. One 90-day supply of your medications may cost less than three 30-day supplies at a retail pharmacy.
• Greater convenience. The program offers home delivery, at no extra cost. 
• Automatic refills. Medicines marked for automatic refill will always arrive a few days before you run out. 
• Quality and safety. Registered pharmacists check each order. 
• Added value. Receive services such as alert messages by email, text, or phone when you register online.

Eligible Medications

All maintenance medications in the Qualified Health Plan (Metal-Level Product) and Essential Plan formulary, excluding specialty medications, are eligible for 90-day supply prescriptions. How to Enroll

• Alert your prescribing physician to ensure 90-day supply prescriptions are sent to Express Scripts in 2024 and CVS Caremark in 2023. 
• Log on to your Member Portal account to access your pharmacy benefit so you can manage your prescriptions, and learn more about ordering refills over the phone, online, or via text.
