Electronic Noticing Available for Medicaid Managed Care, HealthierLife (HARP), Fidelis Care at Home (MLTC), and Wellcare Fidelis Dual Plus (MAP) Members
Starting Monday, June 10, 2024, Fidelis Care will be able to send certain notices electronically to members in the following plans:
Medicaid Managed Care
HealthierLife – Health and Recovery Plan (HARP)
Fidelis Care at Home – Managed Long Term Care (MLTC)
Wellcare Fidelis Dual Plus (HMO-D-SNP) – Medicaid Advantage Plus (MAP)
These are notices about services you asked for, services you are getting, plan appeals, complaints, and complaint appeals.
You can stop getting those notices by paper copy and by phone. To get electronic notices, you will need a Member Portal account. Electronic notices will be posted to your Member Portal account.
You can also choose someone to represent you. That person can be a family member, friend, or lawyer. That person can also request electronic notices.
