By providing the Fidelis Care Representative your session ID, you are allowing a Fidelis Care Representative to view your actions on the Fidelis Care and NY State of Health websites. The following conditions apply:

The Fidelis Care Representative can only see actions taken on the Fidelis Care and NY State of Health websites. Other pages, including browser tabs already open, cannot be seen by the Fidelis Care Representative.

At this time, co-browse sessions can only be initiated during a phone conversation with a Fidelis Care Representative.  

Your Fidelis Care Representative does not have the ability to make changes on your behalf and will only be observing your browsing session.

You can end the co-browse session at any time and for any reason. To end your session, click on the “X” in the menu on the left of your screen, or close out of your browser window.
