Get a mammogram at least every other year through age 74.

Cervical cancer screening
(Pap test)

Get a Pap test every three years.

Through age 65, get a high-risk HPV (hrHPV) test every five years, or a Pap test and hrHPV testing every five years. If hrHPV testing is not available, continue getting a Pap test alone every three years.*
