Medical Grade Water

Reverse osmosis/Deionization water is used as steam in medical autoclave devices to sterilize tools and other objects in order to get rid of bacteria, viruses, fungi, and spores that are inactivated during the sterilization process.

Applications for equipment and materials that cannot be sterilized using techniques where high dry heat may cause harm include autoclave systems. For use with steam sterilizers, water is optimal.

Because RO/DI water is continuously fed into the system and generated as needed, unlike distilled water feeders, reverse osmosis with deionization systems do not leave standing water in containers for extended periods of time.

Systems for Reverse Osmosis

Reverse osmosis devices purportedly filter municipal water across a semi-permeable membrane to remove up to 99.9% of unwanted water pollutants. The outcome is the greatest water filtration system now on the market because pressure compels the water to flow in the opposite direction to the direction of flow in natural osmosis.

When you combine Deionization with autoclave water technology, you may produce water that is appropriate for any laboratory use and will pass any autoclave testing method.

These low-maintenance water filtration systems are installed in a hidden location, such as a back room or beneath a counter, making them ideal for your steam autoclave sterilization equipment.
