背包英雄籌集了超過十萬美元來對抗兒童飢餓

Fidelis Care 的第七屆年度「背包英雄」活動於週四結束，又是一個偉大的一年：籌集了 106,888 美元來幫助首都地區消除兒童飢餓。

該計劃與紐約東北部地區食品銀行和 WRGB-TV (CBS-6) 合作，有利於食品銀行的背包計劃，該計劃在整個學年的周末為有需要的兒童和家庭提供健康食品。 ‌‌

自該計劃啟動以來，Fidelis Care 已幫助籌集了超過 60 萬美元。

紐約東北部地區食品銀行兒童計畫主任 Betsy Dickson 表示：“如果沒有 Fidelis Care 多年來堅定不移的承諾，背包英雄計劃就不可能實現。”
