遠端醫療：簡單而便捷

首先，會員可致電網絡內醫療服務提供者，詢問其是否提供遠端醫療服務，而且會員足不出戶即可安排遠端醫療問診，安全便捷。網絡內醫療服務提供者名錄可在我們的網站上找到：fideliscare.org/findadoctor。

除由醫療服務提供者展開遠端醫療問診外，飛達利斯保健合格保健計劃會員還可透過我們的合作夥伴Babylon獲得遠端醫療服務。如需瞭解更多資訊，請瀏覽：babylonhealth.com/us/fidelis。Medicare Advantage和Dual Advantage會員也可透過Teladoc獲得遠端醫療服務。請瀏覽：member.teladoc.com/fideliscare，瞭解更多資訊。這兩項服務均免費提供給會員。

遠端醫療服務協助解決健康問題，例如嗓子疼、耳朵痛、流感、過敏、鼻竇感染、皮疹等等。還可提供焦慮、抑鬱、創傷後壓力和家庭問題支援。
