藥房網絡1月1日開始變更

從2021年1月1日起，Walgreens和Duane Reade將結束藥房網絡，不再為下列計劃的會員提供服務：

  • 基本計劃
  • 醫療補助計劃管理式醫療保健
  • 兒童保健計劃
  • 健康生活（健康與康復計劃 – HARP）
  • 飛達利斯保健居家護理（長期統籌保健計劃 – MLTC）

會員可以在 caremark.com. 上找到網絡藥房的名單。(Walgreens和Duane Reade在1月1日前搜尋可能會出現，但1月1日起將不再會出現在我們的網絡中）。

一直在Walgreens或Duane Reade開處方的會員應該打電話給他們的醫療保健服務提供者，去另一家藥房開新處方。
