Fidelis Care has partnered with Ophelia to provide free, fully virtual opioid use disorder treatment for all Fidelis Care, Ambetter from Fidelis Care, and Wellcare by Fidelis Care members. Ophelia is available in every county in New York State.

Ophelia is a treatment provider available at no additional cost to members with opioid use disorder. Their mission is to make high-quality, evidence-based Medications for Opioid Use Disorder (MOUD) care affordable and accessible to all. 

Ophelia’s services include:

• Easy referral process, available 7 days a week
• Judgment-free care specialized in opioid use disorder treatment
• 100% remote, no transportation needed
• Care is fully covered for all members
• Same-day prescription of buprenorphine for eligible patients
• Support and medication management for mild to moderate psychiatric comorbidities like anxiety, depression, PTSD, etc.
