Once again this year, Fidelis Care is providing coupons for free turkeys to help New York families have a hearty, healthy holiday meal. To help local residents learn more about health insurance and apply for coverage during open enrollment, Fidelis Care is offering special hours at its Gouverneur Community Office. The office, conveniently located at 101 East Main Street in Gouverneur, will have special hours on the following days: Saturday, November 16, 2019 • 10 AM - 2 PM Friday, December 13, 2019 • 12:30 - 7 PM Saturday, December 14, 2019 • 10 AM - 2 PM Friday, January 10, 2020 • 12:30 - 7 PM Saturday, January 11, 2020 • 10 AM - 2 PM The office is regularly open Monday to Friday
