H1N1 Update for Providers Who Administer the Vaccine to Fidelis Care Members on their Roster

A new CPT code has been issued by the AMA that will streamline the reporting and reimbursement procedure for physicians and health care providers who administer the H1N1 vaccine.

Distribution of H1N1 Vaccine

The New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH) will distribute the H1N1 vaccine when it is released (at no cost to providers).

Electronic Submission of Corrected Claims

Fidelis Care is pleased to announce corrected claims can now be submitted electronically. The original claim number must be submitted and the claim frequency type code must be a 7 (replacement of prior claim).
