Fidelis Care would like extend an invitation to providers for an upcoming series of free provider webinars, designed to help maximize the benefits of Availity's powerful platform. This is a great opportunity to enhance Availity expertise and streamline practice operations. During the Availity led webinars, providers will learn how to leverage Availity’s tools to:

 

  • Unlock the Full Potential of Availity Essentials: Master the platform's navigation and tools to streamline their workflow and enhance efficiency.
  • Ensure Accurate Eligibility & Benefits Checks: Gain confidence in verifying patient information, reducing errors, and improving patient satisfaction.
  • Simplify Authorization Processes: Learn to submit and track authorizations effortlessly, saving time and avoiding delays in patient care.
  • Optimize Claim Management: Discover how to submit and follow up on claims effectively, ensuring faster reimbursements and fewer denials.
  • Enhance Risk & Quality Management: Utilize advanced tools to validate clinical quality measures and risk conditions, supporting better patient outcomes and compliance.

    • Description: An Availity Essentials trainer will demonstrate how to navigate in Essentials and how to complete an Eligibility & Benefits inquiry
    • Session 1: Monday, March 17, 2025, at 3 p.m. ET
    • Session 2: Monday, April 14, 2025, at 3 p.m. ET
  • Title: Authorization Tools
    • Description: An Availity Essentials trainer will demonstrate how to use the authorization tools in Essentials
    • Session 1: Tuesday, March 18, 2025, at 1 p.m. ET
    • Session 2: Tuesday, April 15, 2025, at 3 p.m. ET
  • Title: Claim Submission
    • Description: An Availity Essentials trainer will demonstrate how to submit a claim
    • Session 1: Wednesday, March 19, 2025, at 2 p.m. ET
    • Session 2: Wednesday, April 16, 2025, at 3 p.m. ET
  • Title: Claim Follow up
    • Description: An Availity Essentials trainer will demonstrate how to follow up on the status of your claim
    • Session 1: Thursday, March 20, 2025, at 3 p.m. ET
    • Session 2: Thursday, April 17, 2025, at 3 p.m. ET
  • Title: Risk & Quality Applications
    • Description: Join an Availity Essentials trainer to learn how to use Availity’s risk & quality applications. The training will cover the following applications: Clinical Quality Validation (CQV) and Risk Condition Validation (RCV)
    • Session 1: Thursday, April 17, 2025, at 1 p.m. ET

Enrolling for a provider webinar in the Availity Learning Center (ALC)     

  1. Log in to Availity Essentials.
  2. Select Help & Training > Get Trained.
  3. ALC opens in a new browser tab. If it does not, have the user check their browser settings to allow for pop-ups and redirects from apps.availity.com and availitylearning.learnupon.com.
  4. Select the Sessions tab.
  5. Select the View Course button next to the webinar.
  6. Select the Enroll button.
