• $0 copay for hospital stays with no limit
• Comprehensive dental coverage
• Medicare Part D prescription drug coverage with a $0 generic copay and no deductible.
• Except for urgent or emergent care, you must obtain services from network providers. If you obtain services from non-network providers, neither Fidelis Care nor Medicare will cover these services.
